Session Details
Your private room is reserved for 20 minutes, giving you plenty of time to change and take turns in the plunge if you’re with a guest. Most people plunge for just 3–6 minutes total. One person in the plunge at a time. Towels provided.

Arrive a Few Minutes Early for a Smooth Start
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can check you in and show you to your private room. Waivers must be completed online before your session—and that includes any guests joining you.
What to Wear
Your cold plunge experience should be as comfortable as possible, and what you wear can make a difference

- Lightweight shorts and a tee-shirt work just fine as well.
During Your Session—Let Your Body Adjust
During your first session, it might take a minute or two for your body to fully register the shock of the cold. That’s completely normal. Our commercial-grade cold plunge system holds a steady temperature between 39–55°F and is designed to safely challenge your system—activating your circulation, boosting energy, and helping reduce inflammation from the very first dip.
As you return for more sessions, your body adapts. You’ll notice you can stay in longer, breathe more easily, and recover faster. This improved tolerance isn’t just mental—it’s a physiological reset that strengthens your nervous system, supports muscle recovery, and promotes resilience over time.

After Your Session—Warm Up & Hydrate
Cold plunge sessions typically last between 3 to 10 minutes—short but powerful. As you finish, we ask that you wrap up on time so the space can be refreshed for the next guest.
Your body will continue to warm up naturally after the plunge, so take a moment to towel off and catch your breath. Used towels can be placed in the designated Towel Drop.
Hydration is essential. You’re welcome to bring your own drink, or choose from bottled water and electrolyte drinks available for purchase in the studio.
