Infrared Sauna Therapy
Deep Detox. Lasting Benefits.
What is Infrared Sauna Therapy?
Infrared sauna therapy uses full spectrum infrared light to heat the body directly rather than just warming the air. These wavelengths are a safe part of the light spectrum and do not include harmful UV rays. As they penetrate deep into the tissues, they raise your core body temperature and trigger a natural, detoxifying sweat.
While the sauna cabin does warm up, it stays at a much more comfortable temperature than traditional saunas, making the experience gentler and more relaxing. Averaging between 125-150 degrees allows you to sauna longer, which helps achieve more benefits on a cellular level.
This deep, targeted heat can help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, and improve immune function.

- Gentler, more comfortable heat allows for longer sessions and more effective detoxification
Hydration Matters
Staying hydrated is key—especially when using an infrared sauna, which encourages deep sweating. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session to replenish lost fluids and support your body’s natural detox process.
For best results, arrive with clean skin-free of makeup, lotions, or oils. No sunless tanners please. This helps your body sweat more efficiently and allows the infrared heat to better support skin health and detoxification.
Arrive a Few Minutes Early for a Smooth Start
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can check you in, walk you through the setup, and get you settled in your private room. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to stay on schedule for the next guest. Waivers must be completed online prior to your session for you and any guest.
What to Wear
Your sauna experience should be as comfortable as possible, and what you wear can make a difference
Swimsuits are a great option.
Lightweight shorts and a tee-shirt work just fine.
Going without (yes, your birthday suit) offers the fullest benefits—we provide complimentary towel service for privacy and convenience.
Whatever you choose, we recommend loose-fitting, breathable clothing for afterward—think athleisure for an easy transition back into your day
During Your Session—Let Your Body Adjust
Infrared sauna benefits build over time—so don’t worry if you don’t sweat right away. Like exercise or nutrition, consistency is key, and the more sessions you do, the better you’ll feel.
In your first session, it may take 10–20 minutes before you start sweating. That’s because our infrared saunas heat your body from the inside out, gently raising your core temperature rather than just warming the air around you. This deep, gradual heat is what sets infrared apart from traditional saunas.
As your body adapts, your sweating will begin earlier in the session and become more efficient—enhancing the detox and wellness benefits with each visit.
Please stay awake during your sauna session. If you feel lightheaded or dizzy, simply step out at any time—you’re always welcome to end your session early.
After Your Session—Cool Down & Hydrate
Your 50-minute sauna session allows for a full, rejuvenating experience. As you finish, we ask that you wrap up your time to ensure a smooth transition for the next guest.
As your body cools down, please place used towels in the designated towel drop and take a moment to rehydrate. Water and electrolytes are available for purchase.
