After years in corporate sales, I know what it feels like to live in constant go-mode and be “chased by the bear.” Relaxation wasn’t natural. Stillness felt unproductive. I was always searching for ways to allow my body and mind to just sit. Just relax. And not cross off a to-do list to feel accomplished for my day.  Unfortunately, instead-that was often accomplished with unhealthy coping habits.
